Company Story

A Manifesto of Constructive Cynicism

Software with a conscience, zero corporate speak, and an unhealthy obsession with execution.

Who We Are

Create to Critique (`createtocritique.com`) was founded on a simple realization: modern software is bloated, slow, and designed to extract maximum screen time rather than solve real problems.

Instead of writing long Twitter rants about bad UI, we build alternative tools across hardware, software utilities, and hyperlocal logistics—and then publicly critique our own work until it's actually great.

The C2C Product Loop:

Identify the Friction: Find a real daily hassle (forgetting medication, ruined photo EXIF dates, or chaotic offline store queues).
Build the Raw Prototype: Ship the leanest functional tool without fluff or enterprise bloat.
Dogfood & Critique: Use it relentlessly. Call out our own mistakes openly.
Refine or Scrap: Keep iterating until it works flawlessly.

Why Self-Deprecating?

Because tech ego is exhausting. If our early prototype for intoto burned through battery in 4 hours, we don't hide behind PR spin—we fix the micro-controller firmware and write a blog post about what we learned.
